In this Rört Special we are gonna move, dance, enjoy and explore how animalistic movements can turn into danciness with transitions in our bodies…and maybe change of skin in one way or another.
Daring to have some weight on our hands, having the head upside down and/or just enjoying to set yourself a bit free, we bring in good music and curiosity.
The class will consist of a nice warm up going through the whole body, slowly playing with different acrobatic skills and movements, helping each other and in the end putting it all together to maybe a little choreography. Don’t be scared. Everyone can join… you are just the way you should be with all your right transitions and changes of skin.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Ida Frost is a diverse dancer and physical performer. With a background in gymnastic, she is now working as a professional dancer, performer and acrobat. Her movement interests flow from urban house grooves, to contemporary softness into installation art and acrobatics. No rules, no boxes, just expression, curiosity, humor and the trust of a diverse movement journey in all aspects of life.
