🌍 Zapraszamy na bezpłatne warsztaty poświęcone teoretycznym i praktycznym podejściom do zagadnienia różnorodności w szkołach oraz instytucjach kultury. To okazja do refleksji nad szansami i wyzwaniami pracy z różnorodnością, a także nad własnymi doświadczeniami w obszarze edukacji i kuratorstwa.
W programie:
→ zapoznanie się z aktualnymi koncepcjami i praktykami,
→ wymiana doświadczenia z osobami o różnych perspektywach zawodowych,
→ inspiracje do wdrażania strategii promujących różnorodność w swoim otoczeniu.
👩‍🏫 Warsztaty skierowane są do edukatorów i kuratorów instytucji kultury (w szczególności muzeów), nauczycieli szkolnych oraz członków społeczności migranckich zainteresowanych tematyką różnorodności w edukacji i kulturze.
Prowadzenie:
• prof. dr Viola Georgi – kierowniczka katedry edukacji w zakresie różnorodności na Uniwersytecie w Hildesheim oraz fundatorka Migration Lab,
• Elias Braun – doktorant Instytutu Pedagogiki Specjalnej Uniwersytetu w Koblencji zajmujący się procesami podmiotowości w pedagogicznych praktykach reprezentacji,
• Maria Nesemann – pracowniczka naukowa Instytutu Edukacji oraz Instytutu Polityki Kulturalnej Uniwersytetu w Hildesheim badająca relacje między kulturą a sferą publiczną.
🗣️ Zajęcia odbędą się w języku angielskim z tłumaczeniem na język polski. Osoby uczestniczące w warsztacie uzyskają certyfikat. Podczas wydarzenia zaplanowany jest lunch oraz przerwy kawowe. Aby wziąć udział, prosimy o zapisy przez formularz - do znalezienia w zakładce z biletami.

🌍 This free workshop is dedicated to theoretical and practical approaches to diversity in schools and cultural institutions. It invites participants to reflect on the opportunities and challenges of working with diversity, as well as their own experiences in education and curatorial work.
You will:
→ learn about current concepts and practices,
→ exchange experiences with people with different professional perspectives,
→ gain inspiration for implementing strategies that promote diversity in their communities.
👩‍🏫 Workshops are aimed at educators and curators of cultural institutions (particularly museums), school teachers and members of migrant communities interested in diversity in education and culture. They offer an open space for dialogue, shared learning, and mutual inspiration.
Hosts:
• Prof. Dr. Viola Georgi – Chair of Diversity Education at the University of Hildesheim and founder of the Migration Lab;
• Elias Braun – researcher at the Institute of Special Education at the University of Koblenz, PhD candidate specializing in subjectivity processes in pedagogical representational practices;
• Maria Nesemann – researcher at the Institute of Education and the Institute of Cultural Policy at the University of Hildesheim, researching the relationship between culture and the public sphere.
🗣️ The workshop will be held in English with Polish translation.
Participants will receive a certificate. Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided during the event.
