RZSS CAT (Conservation Action Team) 2026/2027
About this Event
CAT is all about having fun whilst learning about conservation. Members will work in a team and get their hands dirty to help local biodiversity on site at Edinburgh Zoo, and connect with nature in a range of different ways.
From September to June, CAT is run on the second Saturday of the month for 3 hours. The 10 sessions will include nature play, creating wildlife homes, bush craft, trails, games and much, much more!
We have 4 classes at CAT - P2/3, P4/5, P6/7 and S1-4 - based on their school year in the Scottish school system in August 2026.
When booking, there are two time slots to choose from: morning (9.30am-12.30pm) and afternoon (1.30pm-4.30pm).
You must select either the morning or afternoon session for Saturday 14th September, and this will be your ticket for that time slot for all 10 sessions in the CAT 2026/2027 season. Our dates for 2026/2027 are below:
