Rythms of Renewal

Come and join us for an initial 6 weeks of group drumming.

During the class we will explore African drums and percussion, traditional rhythms, improvised music making and more.

This will all be at a gentle pace, with the aim of benifiting our mental health and well being, while cultivating a supportive and welcoming group.

Drums, teas and biscuits provided.

Timings: Thursdays from 1.30 - 3.15pm

Dates: 30th April - 6th June (No class on 21st May)

Venue: St Michael and All Angels Church, Mount Dinham, Exeter, EX44EB

Cost: Sliding scale £5 to £15
