Rhythms is a welcoming community gathering inspired by African music and dance traditions. Through simple, easy-to-follow movements and infectious rhythms, we'll explore the joy of moving together, connecting with others and celebrating culture in a relaxed and friendly environment.
No dance experience is needed. Whether you're looking to keep active, meet new people, discover something new, or simply enjoy an hour of good music and positive energy, this session is for you.
