“Bridging Divides” Learning to Depolarize Our Relationships Video & Discussion Series Facilitated by Marla Estes, MA.
THIRD WEDNESDAYS Monthly at 7pm: Jun 17, Jul 15, Aug 19, Sep 16, Oct 21, Nov 18
Wed. June 17, 7-9pm: “What happens when good intentions meet complex problems?”
We’ll explore why well-meaning solutions don’t always lead to the results we expect—and what helps us see more clearly before deciding what should be done.
Rather than taking sides, this session offers a different approach: stepping back, looking more closely at how problems are defined, and discovering what we might be missing.
Join facilitator Marla Estes each month to watch fascinating and insightful videos carefully selected to explore ways to depolarize and then engage in a facilitated discussion to help integrate new perspectives.
With a background in Psychology, Marla created Building Bridgers in 2017 to address the growing social and political polarization in our country.
For nearly 20 years, she has been giving presentations, movie nights, book groups, workshops, and classes helping people learn to develop insights and skills in approaching difficult conversations, deepening and growing healthy, functional, and fulfilling relationships.
