Join us for a morning of movement, coffee, community, and connection, all while supporting Ruth in the work she does at Salt Factory Sports.

Enjoy a refreshing mat Pilates class led by a professional instructor, suitable for all abilities, followed by great coffee from The Shepherd’s Cuppa Coffee Kart and the chance to browse a second-hand sustainable fashion pop-up.

Whether you come for the Pilates, the coffee, the community atmosphere, or simply to support a meaningful cause, this is an event you won’t want to miss!

By attending, you will be helping support the work of Salt Factory Sports as we continue investing in schools, churches, and communities through sport — creating opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop healthy lifestyles, form meaningful relationships, and experience hope and encouragement.

Please bring your own mat if possible, however mats can be provided for those who need one.
