Join the SIUE community in honoring the life and extraordinary legacy of Ruth Slenczynska (1925–2026), internationally acclaimed concert pianist, SIUE Artist-in-Residence, and professor emerita. The memorial service will celebrate her remarkable career and lasting impact through musical performances, recorded tributes, distinguished guest speakers, and personal reflections from family, friends, colleagues, and former students.
The service is free and open to the public. A reception will follow in the Katherine Dunham Hall Lobby.
