In this class, you’ll learn how to:
• Make fresh pasta dough
• Roll and shape rustic ravioli by hand
• Prepare a classic ricotta & parmesan filling
• Finish the ravioli with a brown butter and sage sauce
Along the way, we’ll talk through pasta techniques, ingredients, and simple tips that help elevate homemade pasta.
Classes are limited to 8 seats, so everyone gets plenty of hands-on time.
