Homemade Focaccia with Whipped Ricotta
Golden, pillowy focaccia baked until perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy within, infused with rosemary, thyme, and roasted garlic. Served warm with a luxurious cloud of whipped ricotta, lightly drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Italian Chopped Salad
A vibrant mix of crisp romaine, juicy tomatoes, briny olives, roasted peppers, and sharp provolone, tossed with a zesty red wine vinaigrette. Every bite is a refreshing balance of crunch, tang, and bold Italian flavor.
Chicken Saltimbocca
Tender chicken breast layered with delicate prosciutto and fresh sage, then pan-seared to perfection and finished with a white wine–butter sauce. A classic Roman dish whose name means “jumps in the mouth”—and it truly does!

Torta della Nonna
A beloved Tuscan dessert—shortcrust pastry filled with creamy, lemon-scented custard, topped with pine nuts and a dusting of powdered sugar. Light, elegant, and straight from “Grandma’s kitchen.”
