Rusconi’s American Kitchen invites Easter revealers and brunch enthusiasts to enjoy an exclusive Easter Brunch prix fixe menu on Sunday April 20. Rusconi’s Easter Brunch includes one selection from each course:

Grilled Spring Peaches and Arugula Salad with Balsamic—House-made candied bacon Sonoma goat cheese and Marcona almonds

Wild Blue Crab and Spring Tomato Salad—Marinated cucumbers shallots pear tomatoes cilantro pesto and tiny greens

Boneless Beef Short Rib with Balsamic Molasses Shellack—Creamy potatoes sauce verde and crispy potato
