We are so excited to be hosting Rural Women's Day this year at Clifton House & Gardens - it is the most beautiful venue and the most welcoming host.
In the morning you will have the choice of four workshops, Social Media for Business with Han McNulty, Floral Arrangement Workshop with award winning floral designer Liv Coutts, Health & Wellbeing Workshop with Court Garfoot & Jane Reid, or the "Wildcard" Workshop, which will follow with Brunch and a tour through the gardens of Clifton.
Welcoming you back in the afternoon, we will enjoy a delicious High Tea in the stables with our guest speaker Han McNulty and more to be announced. Han brings the brightest pops of colour, enthusiasm and sprinkles kindness while also sharing so much business inspiration. Han will share her story of pushing boundaries and clashing patterns with a wicked sense of humour.

Workshop 1 'Social Media' for Business: Hannah McNulty - Hannah McNulty Creative
Han McNulty's rural woman journey began in 2008 and looked just like a love match straight out of "Farmer Wants a Wife," with a city girl marrying her cowboy, Heath. Head over heels in love and with rose-coloured glasses firmly on, Han had absolutely no idea what was in store for her! Over the past 16 years, she has navigated the highs and lows of rural and regional life-both as a wife and a very proud mum to Macie (14) and Will (12). With a lesson learned from every season-like the 2018 drought, mice plagues, floods, dust storms and whatever else farm life has thrown at her—she has realised that she harnesses more strength and resilience than she thought possible.
Hannah is also the founder of Hannah McNulty Creative, which began over a decade ago as a family photography side-hustle and has since evolved into a flourishing full-time business. She brings together photography, digital design, and social media to support regional businesses with a unique blend of expertise. Hannah is a passionate advocate for regional small businesses, showing the world what they have to offer through the power of social media while also providing coaching and courses for businesses to empower themselves to take control of their own social media presence with her guidance and support.
Han believes life is meant to be lived with joy and purpose, pushing boundaries to make dreams a reality. She leads with kindness and a sense of humour, always ready with an inappropriate joke or an uplifting laugh. You can usually hear her before you see her, never missing her in the crowd with her colourful wardrobe and firmly believing that life's challenges are opportunities for growth. For Han, it's crucial that all facets of her life blend harmoniously, ensuring that every moment is filled with passion and resilience, with her beautiful family by her side.
Workshop 2, Floral Arrangement: Liv Coutts from Pemberley of Malmsbury
Liv Coutts is from 'Pemberley of Malmsbury' in the picturesque Macedon Rangers, Victoria. Liv is an award winning floral designer, luxury AirBnB host, mother of two and lives on the land with her husband Tim. Liv has this creative talent and a generosity to share the beauty of flowers with all; even if you say you aren't creative. She has been passionate about the story flowers tell and as a Gold Medalist at the International Flower and Garden Show, we are extremely fortunate to have Liv visit us and share her knowledge and passion for creating whimsical floral art using what you can also find in your very own backyard.
Workshop 3, Health & Wellbeing: Cout Garfoot - Court Garfoot Nutrition & Jane Reid - The Gathered Green
Court Garfoot is a clinical nutritionist passionate about creating healthy mothers, children, and families. Court works with women to optimise their nutrition for reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, along with working with families to improve nutritional intake to address a range of concerns. She provides a practical, scientifically-backed, food-first approach that includes education about what is best for you and your body at this time in your life. Your health and the environment you create for your family sets the foundation for their health and wellbeing for life.
Jane Reid After experiencing a health crisis, Jane discovered the importance of chemical free, nutrient dense food and launched The Gathered Green approximately five years ago. The business delivers certified organic fruit and veggie boxes, grass fed meat boxes, pastured eggs and traditional sourdough direct to doors in Young. The Gathered Green truck also embarks on a weekly run to Grenfell, Forbes, Parkes, Canowindra, Cowra, Cootamundra and Wagga.
Workshop 4, The "Wildcard" Workshop: The meaning of WILDCARD is an unknown or unpredictable factor. So will you take a chance or play it safe?
Dress Code: Wear something comfortable in the morning, especially if you choose to join us for an active class that is optional and get a bit fancy for high tea.
