Jefferson Healthcare, a critical access hospital in Port Townsend, Washington, is proud to host its first annual Rural Nurse Leader Symposium, bringing rural nurse leaders together across the state to focus on leadership, innovation, and the future of nursing practice in rural communities.
This symposium celebrates rural nursing as a specialty that deserves to be revered, invested in, and deeply proud of. It creates space for connection, shared learning, and collective visioning among those leading care in small and rural communities.
