With generous support from the OutCare Foundation, we are thrilled to announce that Hospice Renfrew will host this year's event!
Join us to explore the theme of "Bridging the Gap in Small Communities" with hospice staff, volunteers, medical professionals, students, and caregivers from across Ontario.

🕣 Time: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
📍 Location: myFM Centre, Renfrew

We are honored to have Michael Ungar, Ph.D., as our Keynote speaker. Dr. Ungar is a Family Therapist, Professor of Social Work at Dalhousie University, and holds the Canada Research Chair in Child, Family, and Community Resilience. Ranked the #1 Social Work scholar globally, his work has transformed our understanding of resilience across cultures. He is the author of 18 books and a respected voice on Psychology Today’s blog, Nurturing Resilience.
This valuable learning and networking experience will delve into the unique aspects of providing Hospice and Palliative Care in small communities. Whether you are a medical professional, volunteer, caregiver, or community member, you are welcome to attend.
