No Refunds: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Promotions & Advertising: Unauthorized promotion of products or services is strictly prohibited. Only exhibitors and sponsors with prior bookings may market their offerings.

Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the show area. Attendees, designers, and exhibitors are expected to maintain cleanliness in all spaces.

Seating: Seating is assigned based on ticket type and availability. Changes cannot be guaranteed once assigned.

Late Arrivals: Entry may be delayed during runway presentations to minimize disruption.

Code of Conduct: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

Admission Policy: A valid ticket is required for entry. Please review your ticket details at the time of purchase, as errors cannot be corrected afterward.
