Runways and Resolutions
About this Event
We are excited to announce Runways and Resolutions: Villanova Law's Fashion Negotiation Competition, a friendly intercollegiate negotiation competition hosted by the Scarpa Corporate Negotiation Team and the Fashion Law Society!
The competition will feature negotiation prompts centered on the intersection of fashion, beauty, influencers, and brand partnerships, giving participants the opportunity to put their negotiation skills to the test in a fun and unique setting. Following the competition, participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow competitors, judges, and members of the Villanova community at a happy hour hosted at the law school.
Whether you are interested in fashion law or simply looking for an opportunity to compete and connect with other law students, we hope you will join us for Runways and Resolutions!
To Know:
- Date: Friday, November 13, 2026
- Time: 4-8pm
- Location: Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, 299 N. Spring Mill Road, Villanova, PA 19085
- Eligibility: 2L and 3L law students ONLY
- Teams: Register as a team of two
- Competition Prompt: Distributed approximately two weeks before the competition
- Judges: Villanova faculty members and practicing attorneys
- Coaches: 1 Permitted
- Registration Deadline: Sunday, October 18, 2026
Please note: Depending on the number of participants and rounds, the final round may be held on Saturday, November 14
