The next of our Athlete Seminar series with special guest Rob Corney (elite runner) alongside Tristan Baker (Head of Performance, GoPerform) and Heidi Zymela-Sandy (Nutrition &Performance Coach).

They will take a deep dive into Rob's running journey so far, discuss fuelling strategies for training and race day, and allow plenty of time for Q&A. This will be a fun, informal evening for anyone looking to improve their running performance.
