Running on Grounds - Brew Coffee BarWe meet various Sunday mornings at 9 am. at local coffee shops. We will meet at the coffee shop and go for a 3 mile run or walk. We will leave from the back parking lot and run through campus then out and back along the University Parks Trail. If you want to run more, you can go out before and join us for the last few miles. Run/walk less if you prefer. No registration, just sign in before heading out and check in upon your return. Come out meet other runners, run/walk and have some coffee.
