Free sports injury assessments from the experts at Rehabilitation Associates of Central Virginia at Riverside Runners. RACV will be available during our annual Jingle Bell Fun Run to answer your question. Please note the time change. 8:30am - 10:30am.
Do you have questions about discomfort while running (lower leg pain, knee pain, foot pain)? A licensed physical therapist from RACV Timberlake Clinic, will be available to screen runners and answer any questions they may have about injuries, aches, and pains. No appointment necessary.
