Runaway Pumpkin 10K & 5K Run/Walk 2026

The Runaway Pumpkin 5k & 10k run/walk is a community fundraising effort to benefit the WOW Trail that is held in conjunction with the Town of Laconia's Pumpkinfest. The race begins at 9:00 am, and bib pickup will be available Friday afternoon/early evening and Saturday morning at 7:30am.

The race is open to the public, and free nearby parking is available at Laconia Middle School. With chip timing provided by Millenium Running, there are cash prizes for both 10K & 5K race winners - $100 Top Male/Female Finishers - plus additional $50 prizes for Male/Female “Course Records.”
