Run the River - 5K & Fun Run

Run the River 5K – Coming This September!

In partnership with Meet Ottumwa, we’re excited to bring you Run the River, our inaugural 5K and 1.5 Mile Fun Run happening on Saturday, September 13th!

📍 Start & Check-In Location:

Southeast Iowa JBS Sports Center in Ottumwa, Iowa

Check-in begins at 8:15 AM. The race kicks off at 9:00 AM and will run until 11:00 AM.

Join us for a morning of movement, community, and celebration along the scenic riverfront in Ottumwa! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a casual stroll with friends and family, this event welcomes everyone.

The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Enjoy games, tournaments, food vendors, and activities back at the Sports Center! Bring the whole family and make a day of it.
