Run the Rainbow is back for 2026Join Longfield Community Hospice at Frampton Court for a colourful 5k you will not forget. Run, walk or skip your way through foam, powder paint, music zones and fun obstacles – starting in white and finishing as a human rainbow.
The event begins with music and a warm-up before you set off on the course. Celebrations continue at the finish with refreshments, music and extra colour throws to enjoy with friends and family.
Your registration includes sunglasses, a pouch of powdered paint and a finisher’s medal.
By taking part and raising sponsorship, you will help support local people living with a life-limiting condition and their families.
Suitable for ages 4 and over.
