Don’t miss Sojourn Counseling’s fifth annual RUN, RIDE and RUMBLE for PTS Awareness on June 13, 2026 at Cahaba Brewing in Birmingham, AL!
June is PTSD Awareness month, and Sojourn Counseling will be raising funds to expand our reach in the community and shine a light on PTS awareness. Help us reach our financial goal and support those in our community who are affected by PTS.
Choose from a 5k, a road cycling ride, or a 1.5 hour motorcycle ride, followed by a celebration with live music and lunch catered by Chuy’s at Cahaba Brewing Co.
If you don’t want to Run, Ride, or Rumble, you can just purchase a General Admission ticket for the festivities (live music, lunch, and a drink of your choice) at Cahaba Brewing Co.
Each Run, Ride, and Rumble registration comes with your event of choice, a t-shirt (Register by May 23), an embroidered finisher’s patch, and the festivities and Cahaba Brewing Co. with live music, lunch catered by Chuy’s, and a drink of your choice!

Historic Avondale 5K RUN - 8:00 AM at Cahaba Brewing Co.
42 mile RIDE - 7:00 AM at Cahaba Brewing Co.
23 mile RIDE - 7:30 AM at Cahaba Brewing Co.
1.5 Hour RUMBLE - 8AM Register - KSU 9:00 AM at Riders H-D

8:30 AM - 1:30 PM - Shur Shot DJs
Lunch will be served from 10:30AM - 12:30PM
$100 cash door prizes will be announced every hour.
Packet pickup:
We will have a packet pickup at Cahaba Brewing Co. on Friday, June 12 from 4-7 PM
