Our popular Bamburgh 10k returns in 2026, on closed roads. The undulating course starts in front of the Castle and finishes just outside the village, with great views of the historic North East landmark and coastline. In 2025, the route will once again feature fully closed roads throughout.
Once again this will be the only World Athletics Label Road Race in the North East in 2026 - making it one of 155 races globally with such as status. Be part of this unique race led by some of the finest 10k runners in the world.
Chip timing will be used on this accurately measured route on the Northern coast of England. All finishers will receive a medal and an optional race tshirt is available at extra cost.
