RUNLUV | LONDON'S EASIEST RUN CLUB
Here's what you need to know:

Vibes first. Miles second.

We are runluv, a community-first run club based in central London.

Every Monday, we meet on Cannon Street for an easy-paced run through the city. We're here for the people, the music, the places we run through and everything that happens along the way.

You don't need to be a fast runner. You don't need to know anyone. And you definitely don't need to take running too seriously.

Just turn up and run with us.

WHAT TO EXPECT

🏃 Easy pace: around 7:00 min/km+, with no one left behind.

🎶 Music on the move: our speaker comes with us. It's a big part of what makes a Run Luv run feel different.

💗 A genuinely mixed community: different ages, abilities, backgrounds and running experience. Everyone is welcome.

🌆 London routes: we mix things up rather than running the same loop every week.

🤝 Come alone or with friends: loads of people arrive not knowing anyone and leaving with a new friend

🍕 Post-run hangs: depending on the week, we might finish with food, drinks, activities or something a little different.

🏃 Easy pace: ~7:00 min/km+
📏 Around 5–7km

We'll meet up, introduce ourselves, get the music going and head out together.

There are no pace groups and no pressure to perform. If you're looking for a run where you can just switch off, move your body and meet some good people, you're in the right place.
