Have you ever wondered if you could outrun the cops? 👀🏃♀️🚔
Now’s your chance (legally, of course 😏).
Join us for Run From The Cops, a one-of-a-kind community event during Williamston’s National Night Out, where runners and walkers will be playfully chased through the park by local police in a fun challenge. Whether you’re competitive or just here for the laughs, this is one event you won’t want to miss.
What to expect:
🚔 Local officers chasing runners through the park (all in good fun!)
👮 FREE Kids Race (12 & under) starting around 5:00 PM
🏃 Adult race shortly after (approximately 5:15–5:30 PM)
🎪 National Night Out vendors, giveaways, activities, and family fun
🐐 Petting zoo, DJ, first responder vehicles, free hot dogs & more
💚 Sparty mascots making an appearance
🍩 Custom donut finisher medal for every participant (even if you get caught)
☕ Donuts at the finish line because… priorities
💙 Even better? Proceeds from the event will support local law enforcement.
