This event is a collaboration between Growing Younger and Functional Health Howick.
Start Location: Howick Softball Centre
Finish Location: Pakuranga Rugby Club
Route: Along the beautiful Cascades Walkway

Charity Beneficiary:
Proceeds from the event will go towards I Am Hope, a charity dedicated to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing among young people. I Am Hope provides free counselling services and works to destigmatize mental health issues, empowering young people to seek the help they need.
Additional Information:
- Free parking is available at both the start and finish locations.
- Bag check service will be provided at the start line.
- First aid stations will be available along the route and at the finish line.
