Join us for the 3rd Edition of Run for EVERY Child, a special community FUN RUN organised by aProCh.

More than just a run, this event celebrates childhood, inclusion, and the power of community. It brings together children, families, individuals, corporate teams, and changemakers to support a shared vision a world where every child has the opportunity to play, learn, grow, and enjoy their childhood. Whether you're an experienced runner or participating for the first time, every step you take helps spread the message that Every Child Deserves a Childhood.

Event Details

• Date: Sunday, 6 December 2026
• Reporting Time: 6:30 AM
• Venue: Lower Promenade, Below Sardar Bridge, West Sabarmati Riverfront, Ahmedabad
• Run Distances: 1 KM | 3 KM | 5 KM
• Open To: Children, families, individuals, and groups of all age groups

Run Categories & Registration Fees

1 KM – Hope Runner = ₹500

3 KM – Change Makers = ₹800

5 KM – Impact Initiator = ₹1,000

1 KM Family Run (1 Child + 1 Adult) = ₹900

3 KM Family Run (1 Child + 1 Adult) = ₹1,200

5 KM Family Run (1 Child + 1 Adult) = ₹1,500

• Flag-Off: 7:00 AM

3 KM – Change Makers

• Reporting Time: 6:30 AM
• Flag-Off: 7:15 AM

1 KM – Hope Runner & Family Run

• Reporting Time: 6:30 AM
• Flag-Off: 7:30 AM

All participants are requested to report on time for a smooth and enjoyable event experience.

How to Participate?

Step 1: Register Online

Online registration is mandatory for all participants. Choose your preferred distance or Family Run category and complete your registration.

Step 2: Collect Your RUN Kit

Registered participants will receive an email with run wristband, and T-shirt collection details at least 7 days before the event.

Important: Run wristbands and T-shirts must be collected before race day. Collection facilities will not be available on the event day.

Step 3: Get Ready to Run!

Arrive on time and enjoy a memorable morning filled with:

• An energetic Zumba warm-up session
• A fun and inclusive running experience
• Post-run games and engaging activities for all age groups
• Celebration, community spirit, and meaningful connections

This is a FUN RUN, not a race. Run, walk, or jog at your own comfortable pace and enjoy every moment!

Rules & Regulations

1. Registration & Run Kit Collection

• Registration is mandatory for every participant.
• Only registered participants with a valid run wristband will be permitted inside the designated holding area and allowed to participate.
• Run kit collection must be completed before the event day.

2. Registration Fees & Event Changes

• All registration fees are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including government restrictions, natural calamities, or other situations beyond the organisers' control, the event may be rescheduled.
• No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

3. Participant Eligibility & Safety

• Participants should assess their physical fitness before registering.
• The organisers reserve the right to restrict participation if any participant is considered medically unfit or ineligible.
• Participants are expected to follow all event instructions and safety guidelines provided by the organising team.
