In today’s rapidly evolving digital world, cyber threats, online frauds, phishing scams, identity thefts, hacking incidents, and data breaches are increasing every day. Through this initiative, we aim to spread awareness regarding cyber security and encourage citizens to adopt safer and smarter digital practices.

Run For Cyber Security is poised to be one of the most unique and engaging awareness runs in Ahmedabad. It is a perfect blend of fitness, awareness, technology, and entertainment. Flag Off Timing

10 KM – Encryption Run: 6:15 AM

5 KM – Firewall Run: 6:30 AM

3 KM – Digital Awareness Walk: 7:00 AM

BIB EXPO Details - Date, Time & Venue Revealing Soon

Participants have to show the Email OR SMS containing their BIB Number while collecting the BIB. Alternatively, participants may show their registration confirmation email/SMS while collecting the BIB.

At the time of BIB collection participants are requested to carry Original ID Proof containing a Photo and Date of Birth.

No race category changes will be allowed.

No T-shirt exchange will be allowed.

Participants will not be allowed on race day without BIB.

If unavailable for BIB collection, participants may assign someone with an authorization letter signed by the registered participant.

The authorized person must carry:

• Soft Copy of Registration Confirmation Email/SMS
• Soft Copy of Participant’s ID Proof

[Note: BIBs will not be distributed on race day.]

Rules & Regulations

Participants must register on or before the registration closing date. Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee paid by the participant will be adjusted towards participation on the revised date. Participants unable to participate on the revised date will not be eligible for a refund.

If the event is cancelled by the organizers due to unavoidable circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to deduct up to 25% of the registration amount towards administrative, operational, platform, and processing charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to registered participants.

Please save the registration confirmation email/SMS received after registration for future communication and reference.

Participants found interchanging their running BIB and/or timing BIB tag with another participant will be disqualified from the event and future editions.

Participants must wear their official BIB visibly on the front side during the event. Any damage, alteration, or misuse of the BIB may result in disqualification.

No unauthorized vehicles will be allowed on the running route.

Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant who is found medically unfit to continue during the event.

Baggage counters may be available; however organizers are not responsible for loss of valuables including mobile phones, watches, cameras, jewelry, wallets, or electronic gadgets.

Participants are requested to cooperate with event staff, volunteers, security personnel, and police officials deployed during the event.

The Event Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes in rules, venue, route, categories, and timings if required.

Disclaimer

I voluntarily participate in Run For Cyber Security with complete knowledge of the associated risks and responsibilities. I confirm that I am medically fit, physically capable, and properly trained to participate in the event.

I agree to assume all risks associated with participation and release the organizing team, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and associated authorities from liabilities arising from injuries, accidents, theft, loss, damages, or unforeseen circumstances during the event.

I also grant permission to the organizers and partners to use photographs, videos, recordings, or media captured during the event for promotional, branding, marketing, and publicity purposes.

By registering for Run For Cyber Security, I confirm that I have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all event terms, conditions, rules, and policies.
