Let's move together for 30 minutes –– led by AC community member and Run Coach, Holly Prouty! You can MOVE your way –– walk, jog, run or move another way that feels good for you. All levels welcome and all attendees will get 10% off in the AC CAFE & AC SHOP!Come join us for a fun and inclusive way to move your body, connect with others, and enjoy a little extra motivation through community! Whether you’re looking for accountability to move your body, connection, or just some fresh air — we’ve got you covered.

BONUS - We will be hosting a Family Fun 5K on September 6th at the Everett Waterfront that you're welcome to join. We also have some other fun 5K's and programs that you might be interested in, stay tuned!
