Come out midweek and celebrate "humpday" as we work towards the weekend and pair running at a "party pace" with the latest beats kicking to get you moving!!! All are welcome to join in this family friendly event as we crank up the tunes for a casual run around Long's Park perimeter loop. Jam out with us as we pump out the beats!!! Run & Rave with us. Turn down for what? Meet up at the first parking lot as you enter Longs Park. We will have speakers to lead runners like the pied piper around the loop. Come out for this awesome fun run!!!!!!
