Run Against Violence 5K| Color Run

The Run Against Violence Color Run is a powerful and symbolic event designed to raise awareness and stand against all forms of victimization. Participants take part in this fun and impactful run, where vibrant colors are thrown at each runner throughout the course, each representing a different form of abuse and violence. The colors are not just for visual excitement, but they carry deep meaning:

• Blue represents the tragedy of Child Abuse and the need for society to protect its most vulnerable members.
• Teal symbolizes the survivors and victims of Sexual Harassment and Assault, urging us all to foster safe environments for everyone.
• Purple stands for Domestic and Dating Violence, highlighting the importance of breaking the silence and supporting those affected by intimate partner violence.
• Orange represents Hope, a reminder that we can build a future free from violence and create support systems for survivors to heal and thrive.

The event aims to unite the community in the fight against violence while honoring those who have been affected. It is a celebration of resilience, a call for justice, and a powerful reminder that together, we can create a safer world for all.

Registration starts at 1400 . The Prep School Run begins at 3:00 PM, followed USAFA ALL at 1530 . Food vendors will be on-site, and runners will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last!
