The Hen House Bar & Restaurant & 4 Luv of Dog Rescue are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Run 4 Luv 5k fun run on Saturday September 20th, 2025! With your help, 4 Luv of Dog Rescue can continue to provide essential medical care and find forever homes for our furry friends. Your donation will help us move towards our goal of creating a world where all dogs are safe, loved, and well-cared for.
Join us that morning for a fun 5k run/walk, or if a 5k isn't your jam we've got a 0.5k as well! 10am start time. Dogs are welcome to join the fun, so lace up those tennis shoes, bring Fido along, & have a great time all while helping save more dogs! Even Fido can get an award for being the laziest, craziest (aka best zoomies), or being the best-dressed pooch at the event!
Registration is now OPEN with early bird pricing, PLUS youth pricing & shirts this year!!! Registration for the 5k includes:
-Entry to the run/walk
-Finishers medal
-Swag bag full of goodies
-2025 event t-shirt
-Free drink at the finish line (21+)
Adult pricing:
-July 6th - July 20th - $35.00
-July 21st - August 10th - 40.00
-August 11th - August 31st - $45.00
-Day of in-person is $50.00 cash only - t-shirt & event pack not guaranteed
-Shirt only - $25.00
Youth pricing:
-5 & under - free with a suggested $5.00 donation to cover the cost of the shirt
-6 yr old - 12 yr old
--July 6th - July 20th - $30.00
--July 21st - August 10th - $35.00
--August 11th - August 31st - $40.00
--Day of in-person is $45.00 cash only - t-shirt & event pack not guaranteed

The 5k starts & ends at the Hen House in Moorhead. Watch for Dine to Doante details the week of at the Hen House! They will open at 9am & will serve breakfast until 2pm!
