The Game Plan:

• 9:00 AM | Check-In & Fuel Up - Arrive early to get checked in, meet the crew, and grab your spot on the patio.
• 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM | The Workout - Rumble Boxing leads a 30-minute shadow boxing and HIIT session. We provide the music and the vibes; please bring your own mat and towel.
• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Recovery Brunch - Celebrate your hard work with a catered recovery brunch on the patio, courtesy of Lazy Dog.
• 11:00 AM | After-Party @ Rumble - Walk across the parking lot to the studio! Tour the space, unlock exclusive membership specials, and grab a specialty to-go treat from Lazy Dog.
