London Cuban Salsa dancers – ready to feel Rumba inside your body?
Integrating Afro-Cuban Rumba into Cuban Salsa
Join this 10-week immersive training exploring how Afro-Cuban Rumba lives in the body and transforms the way we dance Cuban Salsa.
This is not a steps-based class but a progressive journey into rhythm, body awareness and expressive movement.
Through a layered working approach, participants develop a deeper understanding of musicality, grounded movement and authentic Afro-Cuban expression.
By the end of the programme, dancers will gain the confidence and tools to naturally integrate Rumba movement into Cuban Salsa, enriching their dance with greater authenticity, musicality and personal style.

The venue is closed during the May Bank Holiday weekends, so there will be no classes on those dates.

Participants may attend either the
Full Session (3 hours)
A complete immersive training supporting deeper grounding, body integration and development.
Core Session Option (7pm – 9pm)
A limited number of places are available for those joining the central part of the training process.
Priority is given to full-course participants, as this programme is designed as a progressive journey where each session builds on the previous one.

This option allows you to follow the full progression of the training, including the complete Rumba work and the integration of Rumba into Cuban Salsa.

10 Weeks • 20 Hours Training
2 Hours per Week
£240 total
This option offers flexibility while still allowing students to develop a solid foundation in rumba movement and technique. However, it does not include the full depth of the training programme offered in the complete course.
Drop-in Option
Occasional drop-in sessions may be available if space allows.
