80’s Themed*****
Please bear with me as I’m cover a good amount of content, however we will recap this and talk more in depth about the event at our general meeting on August 31st.
Saturday November 16th
Habibi Temple
Tickets will be 30.00 per person. This will include one bingo card, one drink ticket and plate lunch “pastalaya”
However we are asking “not requiring” that each member sell a table of 8.
If you purchase the reserved table, the tickets will be 35.00 per seat. This will include the bingo card, 2 drink tickets and the plate lunch” Another benefit of selling a table is to insure your guest will all be seated together. You as the member will decorate the table 80’s theme at your liking. You will also be responsible for collecting the money from your guest and when you turn in the money, I will then dispersed your tickets at that time. Feel free to sell as many tables at you wish!!!!!
This will be a costume encouraged event!!! “My costume is already ordered ����
Also, we will be selling raffle tickets 5.00 to win an ice chest full of liquor.
We are asking members to donate one bottle of liquor of your choice. We will be hosting a drop off day to drop off liquor and pick up your tickets, in the future.
We will giving away door prizes, having a 50/50 split the pot. We will also be selling Jell-O shots and pickle shots for 1.00 at the event as well.
Lastly, we will have a sweet treat table. The table will have treats available to buy for 1.00 as well. We are asking members to bring some treats to include on table. Ex: cookies, cupcakes, store bought is perfect. Anything I can bag individually and put out on the table to sell.
I’m sure I’ve probably forgot to cover some important points, so please chime in board members if you see fit. Members please give me input or let me know if you have any questions/concerns. Again we will go over in depth at our general meeting on August 31st.
I’m so so excited for this bingo, will be working very hard for this to be one of our biggest fundraisers for our krewe, I’ll be making an event page and feel free to share share share. The more we get the word out the more tickets we can sell. Individual tickets are welcome, however only table of 8 will be reserved to guarantee your guest will be seated with you.
Ps. I will be giving away a gift for the best decorated table.
Lastly, this will be a BYOB, but be advised corkage will have to be paid to the temple. I’ll share the fee sheet in the attachments of this post!!
