Rugby can feel a little daunting — especially when you hear the word contact. 🏉💗

This session is all about easing you in, having fun and trying something new. ✨

The Northampton Casuals RFC women’s team will be running a beginner-friendly session covering the core skills of rugby, including passing, kicking and non-contact skills, so you can get a feel for the game without the pressure!

And you definitely don’t need to be a rugby pro — Northampton Casuals Women have a brilliant mix of players, from those who’ve played for years to those who are completely brand new.

There’s a place for everyone. 🫶

Come move in a different way, try something new, meet some lovely people and have a laugh along the way. Then we’ll head for a drink together afterwards.
