A brand new addition to the Southeastern Trail Runs Series!
STR is proud to present race #6 of the new 7 race series. Set at Ruffner Mountain Nature Preserve, The Ruffner Fall Classic is designed to be a challenging next step in the STR Series. With steep climbs, rugged terrain, and a beautiful change of scenery, this course gives runners the chance to finalize the endurance needed for Blood Rock just a few weeks later.
RACE DETAILS:
- Date: Saturday, November 14th, 2026
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Location: Ruffner Mountain Nature Preserve – Irondale Ball Fields
- Distances: 6 Mile, Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) and Marathon (26.2 Miles)
- Elevation: 1,450 ft per loop
