Ruffled Serving Bowl Wheel Workshop

Work with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel to create a large serving bowl with step by step instructions. You will learn how to center 3 pounds of clay, and the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. Then learn how to add a delicate ruffled edge. After the workshop, your piece will take time to air dry, and then be fired in our kiln.
Admission includes a return visit after 2 weeks to paint your pottery in your own style with colorful pottery glazes. Then it goes into the kiln again for a final firing, and ready 2 weeks after you painted it. Your piece will be dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Ages 10 and up.
Admission: $68 per person, includes 1 return visit to paint with glazes.

This event will be located at our spacious studio. Beverages are allowed to be brought with you, including alcohol for ages 21+. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
