About this Event
What is the price of virtue?
Plato has a reputation to uphold. As a former student of Socrates, the inventor of Western philosophy, he likes to think he's as wise, intelligent, and virtuous as his mentor. However, Diogenes disproves that time and time again, humiliating him every chance he gets so he could show what real virtue and wisdom look like. As Diogenes and Plato squabble, Aristotle and a young Alexander (before he was Great) try to make sense of Diogenes, virtue, and the point of philosophy itself.
