Haunt your way through the spirit world with tantalizing Patrón cocktails brewed for Rufa's Day of the Dead celebration. On October 31 from 8 p.m. to midnight, attendees will enjoy a night full of flavor, fun, and a little fright, where every sip, bite and experience will raise spirits. A vibrant evening of live entertainment, sugar skulls and gastronomy awaits. Festive attire is encouraged.Specialty ‘potions’ for the evening include:
•The Cardinal - Coconut-infused Patrón Reposado, Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur, Italicus, strawberry purée, mango purée, acid-adjusted Sumac syrup, saline
•The Pelican - Toasted black sesame oil-infused Patrón Añejo, Yellow Chartreuse, Lillet Blanc, house made citrus sour, agave rimmed with crushed black sesame dust
•The Osprey – coffee bean and cinnamon stick-infused Mezcal, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, agave, acid-adjusted orange juice, saline, topped with orange oil express
•The Canary – Patrón Cristalino, Illegal Mezcal, Genepy, lemon juice, yellow pepper chamomile simple syrup, Chile tincture
This experience is open to guests of the hotel and locals alike. Reservations are not required but suggested and can be made on Rufa’s OpenTable page.
