Our first 90-minute Rueda workshop is FREE -- plus try up to 3 more for only $15 apiece!
Join us Sept. 13th & 14th when SALSA GRANDE will teach four fun workshops for learning the "Rueda" format of Salsa dancing. And, yes, the first 90-minute workshop is absolutely FREE, with no catch! If you stay with us the whole weekend, you will get a total of four workshops with 6 hours of dancing (and more than 25 Rueda moves) for only $45! This is truly the BEST DEAL IN TEXAS when it comes to learning Rueda! 😎
All we require is that the dancers should already have Salsa partnering skills at an Intermediate level or above. So, although this weekend is an introduction to Rueda, the workshops go at a fast pace...and they are *not* a substitute for a beginner Salsa class.

These sessions are a great mix of being fun while also informative and challenging. Plenty of hands-on practice is included in every workshop, while listening to great music 🎶 ...and free bottled water is provided for all attendees!
Lead instructor Michael Whitmire has been dancing and performing Rueda (also known as "Casino Rueda" or "Rueda de Casino") for over 20 years, including multiple appearances for television, Latin festivals, plus other special events in Texas and California. He makes every effort to break down the moves and techniques in an easily understandable fashion. 🙂
You don't need to bring a partner, but for planning purposes it does help us to know in advance if you are coming.
