Drum Leaf Book Binding

This structure, created by Tim Ely requires no stitching. It has the appearance of a typical book but opens flat. The drum leaf is created from single folios which make it nice for printing, drawing, or creating content that flows across the entire page spread uninterrupted by stitching. It’s called “drum leaf” because drumming means to attach something at the edges.
