Join us at Oasis at the Mill for a Gemstone Wellness Immersion guided by Casia Beck.
This 90 minute experience blends tea, breathwork, and gentle somatic movement to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and reset your energy.
Each monthly session centers around a different gemstone. This gathering focuses on Aquamarine, often associated with calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
During the session you will experience:
• Guided breathwork to settle the nervous system
• Slow somatic movement and intuitive stretching
• Grounding meditation and reflection
• A tea ritual inspired by the featured gemstone
Movements are gentle and beginner friendly, and no prior yoga or movement experience is needed.
Each participant will also receive a bag of gemstone tea to take home.
