This event is an alibi event where 1 five game qualifying squad will be used for all events/categories. Ten state champions will be crowned by their scratch scores in qualifying. In addition to the state championships, there will be championship winners in the following categories: Ladies, Seniors (50+), Classified (<200), Open Team, Open Doubles, Ladies Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Open Singles.
This is a RI Bowling Player Rankings event and awards Tier 3 Points in Open Doubles, and Open Team events. Open Singles is Tier 2.
