❗️RTR Cruise Expectations
“We leave together, we stay together.”
Pre-Departure Meeting:
All participants must gather before departure for a brief meeting covering expectations, route details, and road conditions.
Group Unity:
We cruise as one group — no one gets left behind! Maintain awareness of the vehicles both in front of you and behind you.
Safety First:
If a vehicle pulls over or experiences an issue, signal immediately — use your hazard lights and horn to alert others. Pull over safely and notify a lead or organizer right away.
Cruise Formation:
Spirited drivers will be ahead of the group, guided by an assigned route leader familiar with all stops and regroup points.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
***Any “takeover” style driving, reckless behavior, or actions that endanger others will result in immediate removal. You will no longer be able to attend future events with RTR. ***
Stop Protocol:
-Dispose of trash properly — leave every location cleaner than we found it.
-Respect all property, people & each other (public and private).
-No burnouts, donuts, or racing at any stop.
-Keep noise and revving to a respectful minimum in public areas.
