Make this your weekly ritual to find an inner oasis within yourself.

Join us for a rejuvenating slow yoga flow and breathwork meditation designed for all levels, where you can unwind and center yourself. These sessions incorporate mindfulness techniques, aromatherapy and an opportunity to connect with mother nature.

📍Location:

We’ll be at the beach closest to the intersection of 36th Street & Collins Ave. Lookout for the Pink and Orange Lifeguard Tower

🅿️Parking:

Parking is available at 36th Street & Collins Ave. The Mid Beach and Collins Express trolly also stops right in front of the parking

👜What to Bring:

- Yoga Mat

- Towel

- Water bottle

- Sunglasses

- Sunscreen

- Swimsuit (optional)
