Stryde 2mile Social Run/ 1mile walk + Pool Party & Workout Class Social Hour

Social Hour Pool Party: After the run/walk, Head upstairs to the pool deck at FLOW for a vibrant pool party & workout class!

Our meeting point will be in the breezeway next to The Wharf… in between the @livelifeinflow Fort Lauderdale building and Pura Vida in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The exact address is📍301 SW 1st Ave Fort Lauderdale FL 33301
