Event Description:

Season 2 run n cold plunge is on 🥶 🏃🏽‍♂️

In this season we are adding the element of 1% better meaning every run we will run a little bit further than last weeks route, like 0.04-0.1 more miles.

Run 6: Run along riverside st trail to the statue off the river, then back on course.

~4.33 miles

The goal is to break out of your comfort morning routine and have you feel energized by 8AM ⚡️

We’ll keep it almost the same as last year

Meet in front of the statues at Barton pool entrance, Zilker park side.

Get into dynamic warmups

After blood is pumping we run as one group on whatever dirt trail

Pace will be 945-1015min pace

GOAL IS ZONE 2 workout, stride for 30-40 mins

Then we all dip in the cold ass pool and give each other high fives feel elevated and conquer the rest of your day 🌊
