RSVP for Jummah Prayers

Assalaam-o-Alaikum,

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE

By registering, you acknowledge that:

1. I will follow the guidelines of Islamic Centre of Markham administration in all my visits to ICM facility that include wearing masks all the time, coming with wudhu, maintaining the social distancing of 6ft, bringing my own rug, and leaving the facility right after the Salat without socializing.

2. I will not visit the facility if I have any symptoms of COVID-19 and will inform the administration if I or anyone I interacted with will be tested positive for COVID-19 after my visit to ICM

3. My email address will be added to the ICM email list for any official future communication and announcements from ICM administration.

Note:

While the safety of our patrons is our highest priority, we cannot guarantee you safety from COVID-19 or any other health risks. Your attendance at ICM s at your own risk. ICM shall not be held liable for any complications arising from visiting our facility.
